FAQs
Do you offer payment plans?
YES! Wedding packages require a $750 retainer with the final payment due 30 days prior to the wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid at your own pace! Mini and family sessions require a 50% retainer upon booking and final payment 3 days prior to your session.
If you require other payment plan options, please let me know. I am happy to discuss this with you.
Do you travel?
Yes I do! There are travel fees included for locations further than 150km from Bendigo for weddings and 50km for family sessions. This is something that I am open to discussing with you!
What should I wear?
I am happy to discuss this in a bit more detail if you send me through an inquiry. However, neutrals such as blush, tans, light pinks, faint blues and teals, creams, greys and whites will always result in more of a light and airy look to your images. These colours photograph softer and look amazing!
How long does it take for me to get my photos?
Turnaround times may vary depending on the package that has been chosen. However, all family and portrait photos should be expected between 2-3 weeks after your session has been completed and weddings may take from 6-8 weeks!
I don’t want my photos used publicly on blogs or social media. Is there a way to avoid this?
Yes there is! Your privacy is very important to me! As much as I’d love to use your photos and share them with the world, I make sure to respect you and the choices you make when it comes to your photos. This is outlined in my contracts which you can read when making a booking.
How do I pay for my session?
I accept a variety of payment options. EFTPOS and Visa/MasterCard payments though Square are the most common, but I also accept bank transfers and cash if that is easier for you!
I feel awkward in front of a camera, so I’m not sure if I should get photos taken. What should I do?
Get the photos taken! Believe me, it is perfectly normal to feel uncomfortable in front of a camera. I always recommend our slightly longer packages as it usually takes someone (or a couple!) anywhere from 10-20 minutes to feel comfortable in front of the camera. But don’t worry, I will take care of everything and be with you every step of the way. Personally, I’d prefer to take the plunge and get the photos done rather than miss out on capturing some beautiful memories.
